This course will provide young girls with all of the information that they need to know about how their bodies work. There will be no information taught on sexual intercourse, birth control, or pregnancy achievement or prevention. These topics are covered in the Fertility Awareness courses designed for older girls to adults.

What is the structure of the course?
The primary method of instruction in this course is via video lectures. I have pre-recorded lessons on the various topics of the course. Handouts and resources will also be provided.
